PRED Chitradurga acts as the engineering execution agency for infrastructure outlays sanctioned under the following heads of account:
- Head of Account 5054 (State Sector): Construction and strengthening of rural roads and bridges.
- Zilla Panchayat Sector Grants: Construction of Anganwadi buildings, school classrooms, and public halls.
- Natural Calamity Relief (Head of Account 2245): Immediate restoration of flood-damaged rural infrastructure.
