Item 8: Committees and Bodies Constituted for Project Oversight
The following statutory committees function under the division for technical evaluation, quality monitoring, and emergency approvals:
- District Level Tender Scrutiny Committee: Technical and financial evaluation of e-tenders.
- Quality Control Inspection Cell: Third-party quality audits for rural roads, school buildings, and water bodies.
- Natural Calamity & Emergency Relief Committee: Approval of emergency restoration works under Section 2245 funds during monsoon damage.
